Hi! I’m Julie Devine! So glad you are here!
Devine Athletics and Performance was created around the notion that Movement is Medicine. With my background in Athletic Training I specialize in injury prevention and corrective exercise and have a huge passion for helping others. As a former collegiate athlete, I know what it takes to train and perform at a high level. However, you don’t need to be a professional or elite athlete to prioritize your health and fitness because LIFE is the sport we are all training for and every day is game day.
Is your goal athletic performance, general fitness or maintaining daily activities? Maybe you want to know more about form, injury prevention, recovery and how to fuel your body properly? If you said “yes” to any of those, then you are in the right place!
