Softball Training & Performance
Helping softball athletes improve strength, speed, confidence, and game performance.
Meet Coach Julie Devine
Julie is a former college softball athlete, Certified Athletic Trainer, and strength/performance coach with over 15 years of experience working with softball athletes both on and off the field. She have been pitching since 5th grade and played competitively through college, earning Commonwealth Coast Conference Pitcher of the Week honors while helping lead her team to a Conference Championship in 2012.
Julie continues to stay active in the game by competing in 3-4 adult fastpitch tournaments annually. She has also been giving private pitching and hitting lessons since high school, helping athletes improve mechanics, confidence, strength, and overall performance.
What makes her coaching different is the combination of softball experience, performance training, and sports medicine knowledge. As both a Personal Trainer and Athletic Trainer, she focuses not only on skill development, but also on helping athletes build strength, improve mobility, increase speed and power, and stay healthy throughout their season. Julie’s goal is to help athletes develop the confidence, athleticism, and tools needed to take their game to the next level.
